We offer pre-certification, concurrent review, discharge planning, outpatient management, and mental health/substance abuse management.

Once notified of hospital care, our nurses will continue to monitor the stay or outpatient care and ensure that the correct procedures are administered and alternative options are considered if appropriate. We perform second level review by our physician staff when clinical information does not match. Additionally, third level reviews are completed by third party specialist physicians for consultation and/or appeals. Our system will integrate utilization with other managed care offerings including our disease management and case management programs.
